For orders with more than one item, there may be different delivery times, depending on availability in our stock. In this case, delivery will be made partially.

I received a product different from the one purchased, what should I do?

If your order arrived with different products than the one purchased, contact our Call Center immediately via online chat, email, Our products may change according to seasonality.

The product has arrived, but the accessory is missing, what should I do?

Never receive orders with tampered packaging.  
If your order is missing a complement or accessory, check whether the packaging seal has been broken and check the items described on your Invoice. Many complements, due to their reduced size, are attached to the bottom of the box, wrapped in bubble wrap, to avoid handling problems. If any item is found to be missing from the order, you must contact the Online Service as soon as possible.  

We will send the missing item and, if it is out of stock, you can replace it with another item of the same value or with a purchase voucher.


What will be the delivery time for my order?

You can choose the date and delivery period on the product's more detail screen, and also in the shopping cart.
For the delivery to be carried out on the chosen date, it is necessary that we have confirmation of payment of your order by the Financial Institution, after confirmation of your registration data within the deadline for delivery in the period.
Delivery times for orders are up to 3 hours (three hours) after payment confirmation.

If there is no one on site to receive my order, what happens?

It is essential that at the requested address there is someone to receive the order and sign the proof of delivery.
In commercial locations or condominiums with gatehouses/receptions, delivery may be made to third parties (doormen, receptionists, secretaries and other duly identified employees).

In the absence of the recipient or third parties able to receive, the transport company is authorized to locate the nearest neighbor, who may be responsible for delivering the product. If there is no person responsible, the order will be returned to our base and there will be a new freight charge for the reshipment, which will be scheduled according to the customer's request and service availability for the location.

Do I receive any delivery confirmation for my order?

Yes! For all orders we carry out the delivery confirmation through the email registered by the customer.

Can I change the delivery address?

Changing the delivery address can only be done before completing your order.
After completing your order, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. For more information, contact the Online Service.

What are the payment methods on the credit card?

At HAZZI COMPANY you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments with your credit card through PagSeguro, Mercado Pago.


How do I cancel my order?

The customer who buys in the Virtual Store has a period of 7 consecutive days, after receiving the product, to return it and request a reversal or coupon in the total amount of the purchase (art. 49, DCD).
The product must be sent in its original packaging, without any type of damage, accompanied by its respective Invoice. The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as a return and will automatically be sent to the address of origin. Under these conditions, HAZZI COMPANY reserves the right to charge the freight.
Returns due to regret are only valid for products purchased on the Online Store.
Credit Card: In purchases with a credit card, the card company will be notified and the reversal will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period depends on the card issuer.
Bank slip or bank transfer, the refund will be made via bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the current account of the buyer who must be the holder. It is necessary that the CPF of the holder of the current account is the same as that contained in the order (client CPF).
The cancellation request must be requested by the holder of the purchase through the Online Service


I can't use my gift card, what do I do?

How do I use my gift card?

To use it, just choose the product, click on buy, when you reach the shopping cart you will have an optional field, indicated for typing your gift certificate or promotional code.

Can the Gift Card or Discount Coupon be used on how many purchases?

The Voucher can only be used in a single purchase and cannot be combined with other vouchers. If you do not use the full amount, there is no refund of the difference. 

If you make a purchase with an amount greater than (voucher/coupon) the difference can be paid through one of the payment methods available on our website (credit or debit card, transfers or bank slip). If the value (voucher/coupon) is less than the amount of your purchase, it is still necessary to choose one of the payment methods (bank transfer or bank slip), so that our system can complete your order, remembering that no additional payment will be charged and there will also be no refund of the difference.
